I know we have heard a lot about Fallout 3 lately, but the fact of the matter is it is possibly and undoubtedly one of the best recent RPG's out there right now. (It has its fair share of bugs, and many people are getting aggravated with them; but compare it to Fable II's bugs, and Fallout 3 looks like the Mona Lisa.)

Anyways, Kotaku writes -

Developer Bethesda has made changes to the Japanese Fallout 3. The side-quest The Power of the Atom has been changed. Non-playable-character Mr. Burke has been taken out of this side-quest, removing the option of detonating the nuclear bomb.

It is completely understandable why they would choose to make this decision. I recall hearing something about Bethesda not releasing in India because of "cultural sensitivity". You would think with such foresight, they would know better than to release in Japan a game involving a quest to destroy an entire community with a nuclear bomb...
