I can't take it anymore! For some reason I transferred to a backwater little low pop server where the top guilds hadn't made it through Sunwell before 3.0 , and while folks seemed nice at first, if not a bit more vulgar than I am used to, they seem to think that this Naxxramas thing makes Karazan look like Sunwell in greens... as a level 12.

The raiding elite, mounted upon progression egos that cause the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth's to look up, have been running into Naxx and wiping like so many unbuffed Horde in Wintergrasp vs. that one Shaman that just won't die! Are we simple here? I browse the WoW forums and all I see are how many bosses so and so have killed in Naxx when no one can seem to survive a wave of trash on my server!

Making the transition from a RP Server to a PVE server was a bit of a shock to my system to begin with. Apparently if you claim to have had the mother of your trade channel buddy perform oral sex on you, it is totally ok to say so on a PVE Server. I don't think we would have heard the end of it on an RP Realm. On an RP realm if your name consists of two words mashed together it's a life altering event causing the bulk of the server to /report as one, but oh no, not on these so called normal realms. Anarchy is the law of the land, and God help me when I told them I wanted my red drake for "RP purposes".

Maybe the RP crowd is more efficient at raiding, than these low pop PVE types. I get the distinct feeling that I'm dealing with a much younger crowd here, what with all the oral sex jokes and the Darkleon hate, and can only imagine that the early bedtimes and moms knocking out your power cable while vacuuming gets in the way of raid progression. Maybe I just never saw the pre-Kara progression, being a Blood Elf, I was busy sniffing my way through Barrens Chat while true pioneer tanks came to know and love that view of Malchezaar's crotch.

I'm so used to everyone having done it all before, that now in this new expansion there just isn't anyone to look up to yet. Sure there are some Obsidian Slayers running around, but that's really it. People seem so afraid of the Naxx content, and why? Everyone, everywhere else is breezing through this stuff. Why can't we?

Are people afraid to get their feet wet on your server too?

PvE is not the issue here, but the low population. If you're on a server that simply isn't interested in raiding, then they're going to see Naxx as a huge impediment. My server (another standard PvE one), on the other hand, downed Malygos last week, while I was still at level 72. My guild will be stepping into Naxxramas tonight, alas without me because I have had real world issues and am pushing hard to get to 77.

Now the issues with trade chat are universal on any type of realm, be it PvP or PvE. People enjoy the shock value of saying stupid things, and having a worldwide audience makes them all the happier. When the initially created the Looking for Group channel, it was another global channel, and was hideously abused by the populace to rain down tripe upon our unsuspecting eyes all hours of the day and night. Am I glad they changed that!

We downed Kel'thuzad and Malygos this week. They are nothing compared to Sunwell. In my opinion, Naxx is on the same level as Karazan now.

Get some level 80s, learn the strats, and you will win. Seems they just need someone with balls to lead them to victory... ;)

As I understand it, Naxx is the UBRS of Wrath, meant to be a slight gear check, but not an epic gear check, more of a "have you run your 80 dungeons?" gear check.

The Raiding elite, if you can call them that, seem committed to the story that "naxx is hard" and I guess they're hoping no one reads the forums to see how wrong they are.
