Peter Molyneux announced in a recent interview at GDC that there will be some new DLC coming for Fable 2. Now I know this isn’t that big of a surprise. It was pretty obvious that Lionhead wasn’t going to leave Albion with just Knothole Island added to the original story. The thing that surprised me most was that they’re already announcing it and that it will be out in the spring. I feel that it is spring now. So that means that it come any time. I must admit that that excites me.

Under the name "See the Future," Molyneux claims the new DLC will be much more story driven than the last instalment. He also hints that See the Future may answer some questions raised by Fable and Fable 2. Now I’ve played Fable 2 through a couple of times now as well as Knothole Island and I must admit I love the game. I was, however, slightly disappointed by the length of both. I really enjoyed the storyline and characters in both and cannot wait until this new expansion is released.

Color me shocked that they would announced their new DLC pack so very very soon. I guess they are planning on milking this baby for all it's worth. If that's the case, Fable 2 may very well cost around $300 when all is said and done.

As long as they add in more "armor" clothing options and some bright shiny new weapon models, I'll be happy to keep giving them my nickles and dimes.

No amount of armour will make my female pretty though Arturis! I will keep throwing my money at them though....I just can't help myself.

If the new DLC has a helicocopter, I'm in!
or tanks...
or plasma grenades...
or a dog armor to store stuff...

Well the last one had a hidden medieval Halo-inspired machine gun, so I wouldn't put it past them...
