There was plenty of big news out of the E3 Sony press conference, but my greatest joy was being able to see a nice big fat Final Fantasy XIII trailer. But Sony wasn't done with the RPG fans in the audience, oh no. They had to go and announce Final Fantasy XIV, blowing us all out of the water with news that a new MMO will be coming to PS3 only in 2010. Not much else is known about the game, other than rumor has it that this might be a sequel to Final Fantasy VI. Two huge core titles in as many years? Obviously Square Enix has been listening in to my nightly prayers.

Another MMO based on Final Fantasy VI? More like a nightmare put together with a cash cow. Blah, what a joke of an announcement.
